If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit, provided the following conditions have been met:
- You MUST email the store BEFORE you send the items back to request a refund and be issued with a RMA
- There is no return or exchange on SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE unless they are deemed faulty by Lucid Doll so please choose carefully when purchasing Sale Items.
- All returned items MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The item is shipped back to Lucid Doll within 14 days of receipt of purchase. The cost of return postage is at the customers expense (unless the item is deemed faulty) We recommend sending returns via registered post as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
- All items must be in their original, saleable condition with all tags still attached to the garment. The garment must be unworn and unwashed with no marks, perfume or makeup stains. Any item not meeting this criteria will be returned to the customer and no refund, exchange or store credit given.
- Refunds will be issued by the same method that they were purchased.
- For Health and Safety reasons, there are no returns on Earrings unless the goods are deemed faulty by Lucid Doll.

If you are wanting to exchange an item please email ASAP to secure your replacement size and include a prepaid post satchel (for your exchange to be sent to you) when you return your item.
